Menus- This is one of a series of airline menus that I have that dates back to the late 60's. This one is from the old Pan American airlines.

It is interesting to see what was served during the flight-
Hors d'oeuvre
Filet Mignon
Grilled tomato, parisienne potatoes and peas
Pastry and/or coffee and tea.

The most interesting part is that wine, beer and cigarettes (yes , they used to allow smoking on airplanes) went for only .25 cents!
