Very 15th century - the detailing of the velvet is superb!
(You didn't by any chance have a friend who lived on the corner of W. 15th and 7th Ave in Manhattan in the 80s...? I was once in an apartment there filled with contemporary drawings done in the style of 14th-15th century portraits - beautiful work!)
